# Release Student Accounts

You can let students take home their Bloxels EDU creations, and earn free seats in the process.

When you release a student’s account to a parent, it becomes a personal account, which they can use on their own to keep building. This also frees up a seat for you to use for another student. And when parents purchase the account, you will get an additional student account seat for free. This guide will show you how.

1\. Find to the class you want to release. Click the "..." icon to show more options.

2\. Click "Release"

3\. To confirm, click "Release" to generate take-home PDFs to be shared with parents and caregivers.

4\. The take-home PDFs for each released student will download to your browser. Distribute these to parents or caregivers to purchase and take responsibility for their student's account.

5\. If you need to download these PDFs again in the future, click "Show Archived" in your Class view.

6\. Find your class in the archived classes and click the "..." to show more options.

7\. Click "Release PDF" to re-download the PDFs to distribute.
